In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging and interacting with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adherence to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards is essential. You may also be cross-trained to assist in various areas of the store to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as a role model for established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer purchases and returns while adhering to established operating procedures.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Uphold merchandising philosophies and adhere to established procedures and standards.
– Precisely prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
– Actively participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
– Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the store.
– Accept and provide recognition as well as constructive feedback to peers.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support store goals for shrink reduction through proactive measures.
– Participate in safety awareness activities to uphold a safe work environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:
