We are currently seeking a dynamic Patient Concierge to join our energetic team and help us continue to redefine the dental experience.

Compensation: $14.50 to $19.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a full schedule of patients daily.
  • Perform administrative duties, including checking patients in and out and coordinating payments.
  • Facilitate financial agreements concerning the patient’s portion of dental treatment costs.
  • Assist with uniform management and ad hoc reporting as directed.
  • Monitor and track all required clinical licenses and certifications to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain new employee files and documentation.
  • Assist with incident reporting, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to established protocols.
  • Provide support to clinical staff as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role within an office setting.
  • Proven ability to multitask and perform well under deadlines.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience.
