Company: State of Michigan
Location: Lansing, MI
Pay: $46904 – 64438.4 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $46,904 to $64,438.40 per year (approximately $22.54 to $30.96 per hour) for a “Departmental Technician – Bureau of Elections Help Desk Agent” in Lansing, MI, appears to be competitive within the context of government and support roles related to elections. According to industry standards and data for similar positions in governmental and public sectors, this range aligns well, although it may be slightly lower than what some private sector IT support roles offer. However, considering the public sector’s typical benefits and job stability, this compensation can be viewed as reasonable for the responsibilities involved, especially in a government setting where pay scales can vary based on funding and budgetary considerations.
