Duties and Responsibilities:
– Efficiently manage intricate and evolving executive calendars.
– Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
– Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
– Manage and track expenses and reimbursements.
– Organize and coordinate both internal and external company events.
– Oversee and manage sponsorships.
– Maintain and manage spreadsheets and databases.

Requirements:
– A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
– A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar capacity, supporting multiple executives.

– Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
