Job description:
Create and execute project preplanning activities in collaboration with subcontractors. Coordinate efforts among subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to identify and resolve any issues related to materials or methods. Conduct inspections of work in progress to ensure compliance with specifications and adherence to construction schedules.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Establish meaningful relationships with clients through consistent communication.

– Conduct orientations with clients and project owners throughout the construction process.
– Foster strong partnerships with vendors by ensuring they can effectively complete their tasks while achieving profitability.
– Leverage technology for efficient scheduling, payment processing, and communication.
– Oversee project scheduling and coordination of all construction activities.
– Document and schedule all inspections while ensuring all reports are thorough.
– Monitor site safety and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), collaborating with third-party inspectors in these areas.
– Direct and optimize the building process for efficiency.
– Supervise all phases of the vertical construction process.
– Produce weekly updates to the project schedule.
– Read and interpret specifications and blueprints to ascertain construction requirements and plan procedures.

Additional responsibilities encompass:

– Ordering and requesting materials and supplies as needed.
– Managing cleanliness and organization on the job site.
– Examining and inspecting work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications.

Qualifications:
