Pay: $50000 – 55000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate translating to an annual salary of $50,000 – $55,000 for a Development Associate (Fundraising) in Cincinnati, OH, is generally considered competitive, though it can vary based on experience, specific responsibilities, and the organization’s size. According to industry standards, particularly for non-profit and fundraising roles, salaries can range significantly based on factors such as the organization’s funding capacity and the complexity of the fundraising efforts. For Cincinnati, this salary range is aligned with market expectations; however, candidates with more experience or specialized skills may command higher compensation, as the average salary for fundraising professionals tends to be around $60,000 – $70,000 in larger metropolitan areas. Thus, while this offer may be within the competitive range, it could be on the lower end compared to salaries for similar positions in larger organizations.
