Detail-Oriented Household Manager/Nanny Needed in Bay Village, Ohio

We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Household Manager/Nanny for a vibrant family of six based in Bay Village, Ohio, with additional responsibilities at their properties in Oberlin and Marblehead, OH.

Position Overview
This live-out position is available immediately, with a preference for local candidates. The ideal candidate will begin within two weeks and will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the flexibility to extend their hours on one to two evenings per week, with schedules planned a month in advance. The salary ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, classified as W-2 employment, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, five sick days, paid holidays, and a vehicle for work-related tasks.

About the Family
This dynamic family includes two sets of twins—7-year-old boys and 9-year-old girls—and is seeking a dedicated individual to manage their household operations and enhance their family lifestyle. The family divides their time between Bay Village and Oberlin, with summers spent at their lake condo in Marblehead. This position will primarily focus on the homes in Bay Village and Oberlin to ensure the smooth functioning of household activities.

Responsibilities

Household Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the family’s residences.
  • Manage household inventory, shopping, errands, and coordinate with the farm/property manager and executive assistant.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks (deep cleaning will be handled by a designated housekeeper).
  • Complete family laundry responsibilities.
