Job Title: Dietary Aide

Company: Healthcare Services Group

Location: Southfield, MI

Pay: $15.85 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15.85 for a Dietary Aide in Southfield, MI, is generally competitive but slightly below the average for similar positions in the region. As of late 2023, the typical pay for Dietary Aides in Michigan ranges from about $14 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, the facility type (like hospitals or nursing homes), and specific job responsibilities. While the offered rate is close to the lower end of that spectrum, it may be considered acceptable for entry-level roles or in facilities with budget constraints. However, to attract and retain talent effectively, employers might need to consider offering higher wages, especially in light of rising living costs and evolving industry standards.
