Job Title: Dietary Aide

Company: Life Care Services

Location: Holland, MI

Pay: $13.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13.50 for a Dietary Aide in Holland, MI, is generally below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, depending on factors like experience, specific duties, and the type of facility (e.g., hospital, nursing home, or assisted living). According to local cost of living standards and wage data, this rate may be less competitive relative to similar positions in the region. While entry-level positions might start closer to this wage, more experienced Dietary Aides often earn higher wages, suggesting that the offered rate may not attract skilled candidates or retain staff in a tight labor market. Therefore, an adjustment may be necessary for the role to be considered competitive and align with industry standards.
