Job Description
Job Title: Dietary Aide/Server
Company: Briarfield Health Care Centers
Location: Youngstown, OH
Pay: $10.7 – 11 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $10.70 to $11.00 for a Dietary Aide/Server in Youngstown, OH, is generally on the lower end when compared to the overall industry standards for similar roles. As of 2023, the average pay for Dietary Aides typically ranges from $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on experience and the specific healthcare facility. Furthermore, considering that Youngstown has a lower cost of living compared to many urban areas, this wage may still be viewed as competitive locally; however, it may not attract candidates with experience or qualifications. Overall, while it is slightly below the higher end of competitive wages for the role, it could be acceptable in the context of local economic conditions.
