Job Title: Dietary Aide- Server

Company: Norwich Springs Health Campus

Location: Hilliard, OH

Pay: $14.41 – 16.96 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.41 – $16.96 for a Dietary Aide-Server position in Hilliard, OH, appears to be relatively competitive but somewhat on the lower end when compared to national averages for similar roles, which typically range from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Factors like local cost of living, demand for dietary services, and specific employer practices can influence these rates, but with the rising minimum wage trends and an increasing focus on competitive pay in the hospitality and healthcare sectors, employers may need to consider offering higher wages to attract and retain talent. Overall, while this rate may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may fall short for candidates with more experience or specialized training.
