Job Title: Dietary Aide

Company: Wallick Communities

Location: Hilliard, OH

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $14 for a Dietary Aide in Hilliard, OH, is on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. Nationally, Dietary Aides typically earn between $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and location, with the median wage generally around $15 per hour. In Ohio, the average salary can vary, but many positions offer competitive wages closer to $15-$16 per hour. Considering the rising cost of living and industry trends, a $14 per hour rate may not be very competitive, especially for candidates with experience or certifications. Therefore, while this rate is within the general range for entry-level positions, it might not attract top talent or retain employees in a competitive job market.
