Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell a diverse range of automobiles to qualified customers throughout the Midwest, with expansion into coast-to-coast markets.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospect for new business and assist customers in the purchasing process.
  • Document customer interactions and diligently follow up on leads.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to record and assess the outcomes of sales opportunities.
  • Reach out to customers based on current marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with the Finance Manager to facilitate the purchase of vehicle warranties and arrange financing options for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
  • Skilled in MS Office and familiar with phone systems.
  • Exceptional customer service experience is essential.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Candidates with experience in retail, food service, real estate, cell phone sales, or as servers are encouraged to apply.
  • A current Ohio Salesperson License or the ability to obtain one is necessary.
  • Valid Driver’s License is required.
