AI Pay Analysis: To effectively analyze the hourly rate for a “Dining Room Server” in Taylor, MI, we need to consider the average pay for similar roles within the region and the broader hospitality industry. As of my last update, the average hourly wage for servers in Michigan ranges from approximately $9 to $15, depending on experience, establishment type, and tips, which are significant in this line of work. In Taylor, MI, wages may also be influenced by local cost of living and demand for service staff. If the offered rate aligns with or exceeds this average, it can be considered competitive. However, if it falls short, it may not attract quality candidates. To draw a complete conclusion about competitiveness, the specific rate would need to be compared to these benchmarks.
