Job Title: Dining Room Server- Flexible Scheduling

Company: Community First Solutions

Location: Mason, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a Dining Room Server position in Mason, OH, is generally considered competitive but may vary based on several factors including experience, the specific restaurant or establishment, and its location. As of 2023, the national average for restaurant servers typically ranges from $12 to $20 per hour, with many locations also offering tips that can significantly enhance total earnings. In Ohio, server wages often hover around the lower end of that scale, but factors like flexible scheduling may enhance the appeal of the position. Overall, while $15 per hour is aligned with entry to mid-level compensation, servers should also consider total earnings potential when evaluating job offers, particularly in context with local demand for such roles.
