Job description:

Community First is seeking dedicated Servers to join our team at the Beavercreek location. Our Culinary team is looking for a Full-time Dining Room Server to contribute to the high standards of service in our Dining Services department. This position involves providing exceptional customer service and a refined dining experience for our residents and guests, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of Dining Services operations.

Salary: Compensation is based on experience, starting at $12.00 per hour.

Schedule Available: Full-time, Day Shift

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items for residents at the Beavercreek location.
  • Efficiently prepare and deliver food trays using a rolling cart, including pouring beverages, placing plates and condiments on trays, taking food temperatures, and collecting and cleaning dirty trays.
  • Greet and interact with residents and guests in a friendly and positive manner.
  • Follow recipes, special dietary requirements, and portion controls as outlined by dining leadership.
  • Ensure all food items are labeled, dated, and compliant with State Health Code requirements.
  • Clean kitchen appliances, dishwashers, trash receptacles, carts, and all other kitchen equipment daily to maintain sanitary conditions.
  • Restock kitchen items such as cups and plates as needed or requested.
  • Assist the team in serving and delivering food items during special events at any of our site locations.
  • Properly dispose of box contents and recycle or discard boxes in designated containers.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background check, physical examination, and drug screening.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work every other weekend and holiday.
