Job Title: Dining Room Server- Mason Ohio

Company: Community First Solutions

Location: Mason, OH

Pay: $12 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 to $15 for a Dining Room Server in Mason, Ohio, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum compared to national averages for this role, especially in a post-pandemic labor market where wages have been increasing. In many areas, especially urban centers, dining room servers can expect to earn between $15 to $25 per hour, including tips, depending on the type of establishment (casual dining vs. fine dining). In Mason, which is part of the Greater Cincinnati area, the cost of living is relatively moderate, so while this wage may align with lower-cost establishments, it is likely not competitive for attracting experienced staff. Overall, this pay range may limit applicant interest and retention in a competitive job market.
