Job Description
Job Title: Dining Room Supervisor
Company: Resort Lifestyle Communities
Location: Northville, MI
Pay: $19 – 22 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19 to $22 for a Dining Room Supervisor in Northville, MI, appears to be competitive but varies based on experience and specific responsibilities. According to industry standards, especially in the hospitality and food service sector, this rate is within the typical range for supervisory positions, though it may be on the lower end for more experienced candidates or in regions with a higher cost of living. Additionally, given Michigan’s economic landscape and the demand for supervisors in dining establishments, this pay aligns reasonably well with market expectations, though candidates with extensive experience may seek higher compensation. Overall, this rate can attract suitable candidates while remaining competitive within the local job market.
