Job Description
Job Title: Dining Server- Health Services- Mason Ohio
Company: Community First Solutions
Location: Mason, OH
Pay: $12 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 to $15 for a Dining Server in Health Services in Mason, Ohio, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum compared to national averages for similar roles, particularly in the healthcare sector. According to various sources, dining servers in healthcare settings typically earn between $13 to $17 per hour, depending on experience and specific job requirements, with some regions or facilities offering higher wages, especially given the rising cost of living and demand for service workers. Therefore, while the rate may be competitive within some local contexts or for entry-level positions, it does not fully align with the broader industry standards, particularly for a role that may require specialized knowledge of dietary needs in health services.
