Job Description
Job Title: Dining Services Assistant Manager
Company: Healthcare Services Group
Location: Grand Haven, MI
Pay: $20 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $20 for a Dining Services Assistant Manager in Grand Haven, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards, which typically range from $22 to $30 per hour depending on factors such as experience, establishment type, and location. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level or less demanding positions, it may not adequately reflect the responsibilities associated with managerial roles in dining services, particularly considering the cost of living in Michigan and the demands of managing staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining service quality. Overall, while the offer may attract candidates, it might struggle to retain experienced talent unless supplemented by other benefits or incentives.
