Job Description
Job Title: Dining Services Assistant Manager
Company: Healthcare Services Group
Location: Southfield, MI
Pay: $18 – 20 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18 to $20 for a Dining Services Assistant Manager in Southfield, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. According to data from various job platforms and salary surveys, the average hourly wage for similar roles typically ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, with some positions offering even higher compensation based on experience, responsibilities, and the specific establishment type. Given the cost of living in Southfield and the increasing demand for managerial roles in dining services, the offered rate could be considered less competitive, potentially impacting recruitment and retention efforts for qualified candidates in this field.
