Job Description
Job Title: Dionysus Attendant
Company: Oberlin College & Conservatory
Location: Oberlin, OH
Pay: $13 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $13 for a “Dionysus Attendant” position in Oberlin, OH, appears to be below the competitive mark when considering general labor market trends and the cost of living in the area. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average hourly wage for similar roles in hospitality and event attendance typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on the specific responsibilities and experience required. In addition, local minimum wage laws and labor market conditions suggest that this rate may not attract candidates effectively, particularly if the role demands specialized skills or has significant customer interaction. Overall, the proposed rate may not align well with industry standards, making it less competitive in the current job market.
