Job Title: Dionysus Attendant Spring 2025

Company: Oberlin College & Conservatory

Location: Oberlin, OH

Pay: $13 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 for the role of “Dionysus Attendant Spring 2025” in Oberlin, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the scale when compared to industry standards for similar positions, particularly in the events, tourism, or hospitality sectors. In Ohio, the average pay for comparable roles often ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on specific responsibilities, experience levels, and the cost of living in the area. Given Oberlin’s local economy, which includes educational institutions and a vibrant arts community, a compensation rate closer to the higher end of this range would likely be more competitive and attractive to potential candidates. Overall, $13 per hour may not sufficiently attract skilled individuals unless supplemented with other benefits or opportunities for growth.
