Job Title: Direct Care Professional – Monroe, MI

Company: Macomb Residential Opportunities

Location: Monroe, MI

Pay: $16.1 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.10 for the role of “Direct Care Professional” in Monroe, MI, appears to be somewhat below the average for similar positions in the area and the broader industry. Direct Care Professionals often earn between $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience, specific job responsibilities, and regional cost of living. In Monroe, MI, which has a lower cost of living compared to larger urban centers, compensation may be slightly lower; however, $16.10 is still on the lower end of the spectrum when considering industry standards and inflation trends. Therefore, while this rate might be acceptable for entry-level positions or during a job market downturn, it may not be competitive in attracting experienced candidates in a sector where there is a growing demand for qualified professionals.
