Job Description
Job Title: Direct Care Professional – New Balitmore, MI
Company: Macomb Residential Opportunities
Location: Mount Clemens, MI
Pay: $16.1 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.10 for a Direct Care Professional in New Baltimore, MI, is generally considered below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $18 to $25 per hour depending on experience, employer funding, and specific job responsibilities. Competitive pay can vary by location and the level of care required, but in Michigan, rates for direct care professionals often hover around $17 to $22 per hour, particularly for positions requiring more specialized skills or higher education. Given the cost of living in Macomb County and the rising demand for direct care professionals, this rate appears to be less competitive and may affect the ability to attract and retain qualified candidates.
