Job Description
Job Title: Direct Care Professional – New Balitmore, MI
Company: Macomb Residential Opportunities
Location: Mount Clemens, MI
Pay: $16.1 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.10 for a Direct Care Professional in Mount Clemens, MI, is generally considered below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. In Michigan, wages for direct care workers can vary, but many positions in the healthcare and social services sectors offer higher compensation, particularly in regions with a higher cost of living. Thus, while this rate may appeal to entry-level applicants, it is not competitive when compared to the prevailing standards in the industry and the expectations for professional care roles in the area.
