Job Description
Job Title: Direct Care Professional – Sterling Heights, MI
Company: Macomb Residential Opportunities
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Pay: $16.1 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.10 for a Direct Care Professional in Sterling Heights, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. According to recent data, the typical pay for direct care professionals in Michigan generally ranges from around $15 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job duties. While $16.10 is close to the minimum range, it may not provide sufficient financial incentive, especially in areas with higher living costs or for candidates with greater experience. Overall, while this rate may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not be competitive enough to attract and retain skilled professionals in the long term.
