AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for the “Direct Caregiver (Care Partner) – Part-time (3rd), 3am-9am” role in Sparta, MI, it’s essential to compare it with regional and national averages for similar positions. Typically, direct caregivers in Michigan earn between $12 to $16 per hour, depending on experience and the specific demands of the role. Given the early morning shift, which might come with additional challenges, some employers offer a premium for these hours. If the pay falls within or above this range, it would be considered competitive and aligned with industry standards. However, if it’s lower, it may not attract sufficient candidates amid growing demand for caregiving roles.
