Job Title: Direct Service Professional – 4:30p-9p

Company: Help at Home

Location: Shelby Township, MI

Pay: $15 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a “Direct Service Professional” position in Shelby Township, MI, falls slightly below the average for similar roles in the healthcare and social services industry. As of late 2023, direct support professionals in Michigan typically earn between $16 and $22 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job duties. While the offered rate may attract individuals seeking entry-level positions or those with limited experience, it may struggle to retain talent in a competitive labor market where many employers offer higher wages and additional benefits to attract skilled workers. Overall, while the rate may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it is less competitive for attracting and retaining experienced professionals in this field.
