Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Autism Care, Flexible Schedule, 20 hours per week minimum

Company: Help at Home

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

Pay: $17 – 18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 – $18 for a “Direct Service Professional – Autism Care” position in Sterling Heights, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for this role, which typically ranges from $15 to $25 per hour depending on various factors such as experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or in regions with a lower cost of living, it may be considered less favorable in metropolitan areas where demand for skilled care professionals is higher and the cost of living is elevated. Additionally, flexible scheduling and the specified 20 hours per week minimum could be appealing aspects for potential candidates seeking part-time roles, but overall, the compensation may need to be increased to attract a broader, more qualified candidate pool.
