Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Autism Care, weekends

Company: Help at Home

Location: Fraser, MI

Pay: $16 – 17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $17 for a “Direct Service Professional – Autism Care” role in Fraser, MI, falls below the average wage for similar positions in this field. According to data available up to 2023, the typical hourly pay for direct service professionals, particularly those working with individuals on the autism spectrum, often ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Given the specialized nature of autism care and the essential skills required, this pay range may be considered low, especially on weekends when many workers seek additional compensation. Consequently, while this rate might attract candidates, it is less competitive compared to industry standards and could impact staff retention and quality of care.
