Job Description
Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Canton, full-time
Company: Help at Home
Location: Canton, MI
Pay: $15 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a Direct Service Professional (DSP) role in Canton, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when considering industry standards. As of 2023, DSP positions generally pay between $16 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certification, and specific employer funding. Additionally, Michigan has seen a growing demand for DSPs due to increased focus on community-based care, leading to competitive wages; thus, an hourly rate of $15 – $16 may not attract sufficient talent or reflect the cost of living in the area. Overall, this rate may not be considered competitive within the current market landscape.
