JFSA of Cleveland is seeking compassionate and attentive individuals to provide in-home care for adults with developmental disabilities. We currently have immediate openings for full-time and part-time positions in Bainbridge, Chagrin Falls, and Newbury, across all shifts. Candidates must be willing to participate in a weekend rotation.

Job Summary: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in their daily lives. In this position, you will serve as a companion, caregiver, teacher, and coach. Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, such as personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, recreational activities, and socialization. By helping others achieve their best possible lives, you will find fulfillment in your own life as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Flexible scheduling.

Pay Rate: $16 – $17.50 per hour
