Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Farmington

Company: Help at Home

Location: Farmington, MI

Pay: $15 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a Direct Service Professional in Farmington, MI, is generally lower than the average pay for similar positions in the region and industry. According to various labor market reports, as of 2023, direct support professionals typically earn between $16 and $20 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. Given that Michigan has a relatively higher cost of living, particularly in urban areas, this pay range may not attract a competitive workforce or reflect the skills required for the role. Thus, while it may offer a modest entry point, it does not align well with industry standards or the financial needs of potential candidates in the area.
