AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 – $16 for the role of “Direct Service Professional” in Farmington, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the wage spectrum, particularly given the responsibilities often associated with this position, which typically involves providing support to individuals with disabilities or other special needs. According to various industry reports and local job postings, salaries for similar roles in Michigan generally range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and the specific duties involved.
