Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Hartland, 5:30p-9p

Company: Help at Home

Location: Hartland, MI

Pay: $16 – 17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $17 for a Direct Service Professional (DSP) role in Hartland, MI, particularly for evening hours (5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.), is generally considered competitive but on the lower end of the spectrum for this position. According to industry standards, DSPs in Michigan often earn between $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and the specific needs of the clients they serve. While this rate may attract entry-level candidates or those seeking part-time positions, it may not fully reflect the responsibilities and challenges associated with caring for individuals with disabilities or special needs. Overall, the rate is reasonable for the area, but offering rates closer to $17 would likely enhance attractiveness to prospective candidates.
