Company: Help at Home
Location: Hartland, MI
Pay: $16 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $17 for a Direct Service Professional role in Hartland, MI, which involves evening hours from 5:30 PM to 9 PM, appears to be somewhat competitive but may vary depending on specific qualifications and experience required. Generally, the pay for Direct Service Professionals can range from $12 to $20 per hour nationally, with the average being around $15 per hour in similar regions. Considering Michigan’s cost of living and the nature of the job, this rate is within the acceptable range, particularly for part-time evening work, but may not be fully competitive for experienced professionals or those working with specialized populations. Overall, while it aligns with some industry standards, potential applicants may seek higher compensation based on their experience and the job demands.
