We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join the Help at Home team in Lansing, MI. This part-time entry-level position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients by offering essential support, including childcare, homework assistance, and general housekeeping. Experience with challenging behaviors is preferred, but not required.
Available shifts are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. – 9 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 6 a.m. – 2 p.m. and 2 p.m. – 9 p.m.
We are hiring multiple caregivers, so even if you are unable to work every shift, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation is competitive, ranging from $15 to $16 per hour, with a weekly pay schedule.

We are currently hiring for the following caregiver roles:
- Homemakers: Provide essential support to seniors by preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, and running errands.
- Home Care Aides and Personal Care Attendants: Assist seniors with light housekeeping, errands, bathing, grooming, and accompanying clients to appointments.
- Home Health Aides: Help clients with basic health care, including vital sign monitoring, medication reminders, and support for daily living activities such as grooming and bathing.
To be eligible for one of our caregiver positions, candidates must possess:
- A valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Weekend availability
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Flexibility and a commitment to providing compassionate care, including evenings and weekends
- Dedication to ongoing professional development through required training
