Job Description
Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Lansing
Company: Help at Home
Location: Lansing, MI
Pay: $15 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a “Direct Service Professional” in Lansing, MI, falls at or slightly below the industry standards for similar roles, which typically range from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience, specific duties, and the employer’s funding sources or facility type. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not adequately reflect the increasing cost of living and demand for skilled workers in caregiver roles, particularly in areas involving specialized populations or challenging environments. Overall, this wage may attract candidates but may struggle to retain them in the long term unless accompanied by other benefits or opportunities for advancement.
