Job Description
Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Mid-day hours
Company: Help at Home
Location: Westland, MI
Pay: $17 – 18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 to $18 for a “Direct Service Professional – Mid-day hours” in Westland, MI, falls slightly below the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. In Michigan, the average pay for direct service professionals can be somewhat lower than the national average, but this rate may still be considered low given the demanding nature of the role, which often involves providing personal support to individuals with disabilities or other needs. Additionally, this pay range may not fully account for the cost of living in the area or the qualifications required for such positions. Overall, while the offered rate is competitive for entry-level positions, it might not attract experienced professionals or adequately reflect the skills required for the role.
