Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Milan, late afternoons

Company: Help at Home

Location: Milan, MI

Pay: $16 – 17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $17 for a Direct Service Professional (DSP) position in Milan, MI, falls slightly below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specialization. While this pay may be competitive for entry-level positions or regional markets with a lower cost of living, it may not adequately reflect the skills and responsibilities often required for DSP roles, particularly in providing care and support to individuals with disabilities or other needs. Additionally, considering the growing demand for healthcare and support professionals, employers may need to offer more attractive compensation packages to attract and retain qualified candidates in this field.
