Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Morning and Night hours

Company: Help at Home

Location: Dearborn Heights, MI

Pay: $15 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a “Direct Service Professional” role in Dearborn Heights, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale when compared to industry standards. According to data from various job market sources, Direct Service Professionals typically earn between $16 and $22 per hour, depending on experience, location, and specific job demands. Given the cost of living in Michigan and the specialized nature of this role, which often involves providing support to individuals with disabilities or mental health challenges, the proposed rate may not be fully competitive, potentially impacting the ability to attract and retain qualified candidates. Therefore, it would be beneficial for employers to consider adjusting the pay to align more closely with market expectations.
