Job Description
Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Morning and Night hours
Company: Help at Home
Location: Dearborn Heights, MI
Pay: $15 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a “Direct Service Professional” position in Dearborn Heights, MI is generally on the lower end when compared to industry standards for similar roles in the region. According to recent data, the average hourly wage for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Michigan typically ranges from $16 to $20, depending on experience and specific duties. Given the rising cost of living and the demand for service professionals, this rate may be considered uncompetitive and may struggle to attract qualified candidates, particularly in light of recent trends advocating for higher wages in caregiving and support roles.
