Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Morning and Night hours

Company: Help at Home

Location: Dearborn Heights, MI

Pay: $15 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a “Direct Service Professional” role in Dearborn Heights, MI, is somewhat below the national average for similar positions, which typically range from $16 to $22 per hour, depending on factors such as experience and specific job responsibilities. While entry-level roles or those in smaller organizations may offer wages at the lower end of this scale, the rate for this position may not fully align with the increasing cost of living in Michigan and the demand for direct support professionals. Given the essential nature of this role in providing care and assistance to individuals with disabilities or other support needs, a competitive salary would be more in line with the higher end of the aforementioned range, suggesting that the offered rate may not attract or retain the best candidates.
