Job Title: Direct Service Professional – MTu 10a-2p, FSat 5p-9p

Company: Help at Home

Location: Southgate, MI

Pay: $17 – 18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 to $18 for the “Direct Service Professional” role in Southgate, MI, appears to be somewhat competitive but may vary based on several factors such as experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. According to industry standards, direct support professionals in similar regions typically earn between $14 and $22 per hour, indicating that this rate is on the lower to mid-range of the scale. Given the part-time hours (10 hours per week), this wage may also be considered reasonable for entry-level positions or roles working with individuals with disabilities, but it could be less appealing for candidates seeking full-time opportunities or those with significant experience. Overall, while the rate is relatively in line with industry expectations, potential applicants may weigh the compensation against their qualifications and the nature of the work involved.
