Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Rochester (Wed and Sat)

Company: Help at Home

Location: Rochester, MI

Pay: $15 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $16 for a Direct Service Professional in Rochester, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for this role, which typically involves providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or other support needs. As of 2023, the average pay for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Michigan ranges from approximately $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and agency funding. In metro areas like Rochester, the cost of living may also influence wage expectations, suggesting that a rate above $16 could be more competitive. Overall, while the offered rate is within the average range, it may not fully align with the competitive expectations for attracting talent in this field.
