AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $17 for a “Direct Service Professional” role in Shelby Township, MI, is generally considered to be on the lower end of the spectrum for this type of position, which typically involves providing support and services to individuals with disabilities or those in need of assistance. According to recent data, the average hourly wage for direct support professionals in Michigan ranges from about $12 to $20, depending on factors like experience, specific responsibilities, and the employer.
