AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 – $18 for the role of “Direct Service Professional” in Warren, MI, is generally considered to be within the lower to mid-range of the expected compensation for similar positions in the area. According to various salary surveys and data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Direct Service Professionals in Michigan typically earn between $15 and $22 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific responsibilities, and organizational funding.
