Job Description
Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Westland
Company: Help at Home
Location: Westland, MI
Pay: $15 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a Direct Service Professional (DSP) role in Westland, MI, is generally considered to be on the lower end of the pay scale for this position. Nationwide, DSP wages often vary depending on factors such as experience, education, and the specific responsibilities of the role, with many positions offering rates between $15 to $20 per hour. In Michigan, average wages for DSPs tend to align closely with this range, but urban areas may push for slightly higher compensation due to cost of living and demand for skilled workers. Therefore, while the proposed rate is competitive within certain contexts, it may not fully reflect the growing demand for DSPs and the increasing cost of living in the area.
