Job Title: Direct Service Professional – Youth Care
Company: Help at Home
Location: Warren, MI
Pay: $17 – 18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 to $18 for the role of “Direct Service Professional – Youth Care” in Warren, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for similar positions within the region and industry. According to recent data, the average hourly wage for Direct Support Professionals or Youth Care Workers typically ranges from $18 to $22, depending on experience, specific responsibilities, and certifications. While the offered rate may attract entry-level candidates, it could pose challenges in retaining talent and attracting more experienced professionals, particularly in a competitive job market focused on youth care and social services. Consequently, this rate may not fully align with the current labor market demands and living costs in Michigan.
